My #MotaVoxBox Review

     So today I am going to be writing about my experiences with the products I received in my Vox Box! This box came with some amazing surprises!     Ok, so the first product I tested since for some reason my allergies decided to show up as soon as the whether changed was the Puffs SoftPack. These tissues feel like a cloud when you have allergies or a cold! They are so soft I don't wanna share them with my family! But, I'll be nice since they are affordable and share with my husband and kids. 

The next item up for review is the Jergens Ultra Healing lotion. This is what the sample I got looked like: 

It makes your hands soft and smooth and hydrated if you  have extra dry skin.. Which apparently on my legs I do because they just soak this stuff right up! It smells amazing too! 

The next item is the Resource bottle of water. Now, I'll be the first to admit that I HATE water with a passion! I refuse to drink it... until I cracked open this amazing bottle of water. 

I can't say that I will drink a ton more water but when I do drink water this will be my water of choice for sure! 

Now onto Beauty! They put in this lipstick in the box... now, I'm not a lipstick person but this shade and how it feels entices me to want to use it more often! It is Rimmel London's Moisture Renew Lipstick! 

They also included an amazing lip liner! It's this Rimmel London Moisture Renew Universal Transparent Lip Liner! You can't see it but it works! The Shea Butter provides a moisturizing barrier that looks and feels great! Especially if your lips peel and crack like mine do! 

To help complete the look you love, they gave me some Rimmel London's Scandaleyes Rockin' Curves mascara! The brush looks weird but it's amazing! I did a sample on one eye to show you what it does. 

The last beauty gift they included was Clairol's Hair Food! It smells amazing and makes your hair look vibrant and beautiful! You can find it at Target! 

The last item in the box was an envelope of Swiss Miss Simply Cocoa! You can only make it with milk which I don't have a problem with because I only like hot cocoa with milk anyway.

The Shaw Kids' First Day of the 2014-2015 School Year!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

     Today started the 2014-2015 school year for my kids! I think the first day of school is the day when parents and kids officially trade facial expressions because the summer is ending and school is starting.  I know I woke up with a positive attitude, a good mood, and ready to get them out the door and off to school! I think I was more excited about them going back to school than they were!

     Yeah... sorry, not sorry.  LOL.  Anyway, I was out buying school clothes for my son a few weeks back at Ross when I stumbled upon this really great chalkboard in a frame!  At first it didn't look like it was gonna work and so the lady at the register said to save my receipt and if it didn't work very well then bring it back and they'd give me my money back.  Well, I used it today for the kids' pictures and I have to say I'm gonna love using it!

      Now, I don't know why but he seems to think he's got what they call Swag now days or what I call Pimpin'.... no, my son is not a pimp but this kid has some skills for sure.  I mean he will go to the corner and sell rocks (the hard things, not drugs lol) and actually get people to buy them!  He amazes me so much sometimes my jaw drops! 

     

     These are my daughter 'M's school pictures!  I can hardly believe she's in the 8th grade now! Next year, I'm gonna have a Freshman!  Yikes!  

      Anyway, so today got off to a great start, let's just hope it all goes well for the entire day! 'M' actually signed up to be a cafeteria worker so she will get paid with free lunch!  What a great way to teach her responsibility as well as getting her lunches paid for! Score for me as well as her!

It is free but the free version has commercials so if you don't like commercials then I suggest you buy the one without. I plan on buying the app as soon as I start my job cause I can't stand waiting for the commercials.

     Well, now that the kids are all off to school, my husband is off to work, I am off to do housework!  I have GOT to get this house in order for when I start my job in September, I'm not going to want to do it then.  Plus I have a ton of laundry to get done and put away.
